To return a product you must first get approval from a member of our sales staff. All items returned without approval will be refused.
- Most merchandise qualifies for a refund within ten (10) business days of receipt.
- Customers will be assessed a 25% restocking fee on undamaged, non-defective returned merchandise.
- If an item is damaged or defective at the time of receipt, Floorcoveringtools.com will cover your return shipping costs and issue a replacement or refund based on the individual manufacturer's replacement and warranty policies of the items purchased. Otherwise, customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned items. - All undamaged, non-defective return products must be in their original box and in new condition to qualify for a refund. Any accompanying manuals and/or accessories must be returned with the product.
- Customers must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from Floorcoveringtools.com's Customer Service Department within an appropriate time frame to receive a timely replacement or refund. To obtain an RA#, email email@example.com or dial our Customer Service Department at 1-800-377-6552. Please return the merchandise within 10 business days after we issue the RA#.
- Customers may cancel their order up until the product is shipped.
- By placing an order, Floorcoveringtools.com customers acknowledge acceptance of these terms.
Most products will come with a manufacturer warranty card. We encourage you to fill it out and return it to the appropriate mailing address. Each manufacturer has their own warranty, we will honor each warranty based on the manufacturer's warranty of the item in question.
